PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project was truly a test of communication and understanding. I worked with the team at UMass Memorial Health – Harrington Hospital to redesign their Continuum of Behavioral Health Care poster. The original poster was very outdated, not on brand, and worst of all, confused people. I had to become familiar with the Behavioral Health Care unit at Harrington. I learned what I could from the original poster, asked questions when needed, and sent ideas back and forth to make sure I was on the right track. I decided to color-code the two sections to visualize a clear distinction. I limited my use to arrows to what the team thought was necessary, and made sure my colors were on brand and accessible.
