MAINE WRITING PROJECT
Project Overview
The leaders of the Maine Writing Project at Husson University wanted to create some new materials to promote the Maine Writing Project Conference hosted on Husson's campus. They wanted a new logo, a t-shirt design, and some paper materials with a new look to get students interested.
I tried to stick to designs that would still capture the essence of professionalism with elements of writing, so I went with a clean script font to imitate writing. I emphasized ‘Maine Writing’ and moved ‘project’ underneath it. I created an icon as well to reflect the writing aspect. I chose a fountain pen to keep that more professional look.
